How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the scope. After a first conversation we define the modules and estimate the hours: the price is that estimate times our rate, split into phases so you can start using the system before everything is finished. You always get the proposal in writing before we start.
How long does it take?
The main factor is the number of processes and integrations. We deliver in stages: first a clickable prototype to validate the flow, then modules that go live one by one. The proposal lists each phase with its estimated dates.
Can the system integrate with SAP or with SUNAT e-invoicing?
Yes. It is one of our specialties: we have integrated workshop systems with SAP to check and reserve stock in real time, sync spare parts and validate warranties, and management systems with electronic invoicing to SUNAT (Peru's tax authority).
What happens after delivery?
We stay with you. The system goes live with documentation and training, and support and improvements are requested from our client portal, with tickets and tracking. Clients such as Euroamerican Assistance and Alliance have worked with us since 2008.
Do the code and the data belong to my company?
Yes. The system is built for your company and your data is yours. Ownership, hosting and support terms are set out in writing in the proposal before we start.
